PLATE 01 WHAT WE DO SIX WAYS WE HELP
On the ground

Regional representation

We act as your regional director on the ground, the face in front of operators and boards, carrying your technology with the credibility of someone who has run plant.

What this includes
  • Named regional lead
  • The face in front of operators
  • Board-level access
  • Ongoing in-region presence
Focus

PLT-02 ACCESS / INTRODUCTIONS
Access & relationships

Door-opening

Warm introductions through operator and board-level relationships built over seventeen years in the region’s energy and industrial base.

What this includes
  • Warm operator introductions
  • Board and C-suite access
  • Seventeen years of relationships
  • The right room, not the front desk
Focus

Operators · Boards · Buyers

In the room

Meetings, fronted

We attend and lead client meetings, putting your technology into the operator’s language and risk appetite, and handling the follow-up.

What this includes
  • We attend and lead
  • Your technology, their language
  • Objection handling
  • Structured follow-up

FIELD-04 PIPELINE / CONVERSION
Pipeline & conversion

Pipeline, built

We qualify opportunities and build a real, converting pipeline, not a list of names, with honest reporting on where each one stands.

What this includes
  • Opportunity qualification
  • Nurture and cadence
  • Honest stage reporting
  • A forecast you can trust
Focus

PLT-05 CREDIBILITY / OPERATOR
Credibility

Operational credibility

Buyers trust someone who has run operations, not a sales deck. That credibility travels to your product and shortens the trust gap.

What this includes
  • An operator who has run plant
  • Trust that travels to your product
  • A reference-able presence
  • A shorter trust gap
Focus

Operator trust · Buyer confidence

Pilot to production

Pilot to production

We help convert pilots into scaled deployments, the step most vendors stall on, by keeping the operator’s value in view throughout.

What this includes
  • Pilot design and review
  • Value measurement
  • Scale-up planning
  • Past the step vendors stall on

PLATE 02 DISCLOSURE HOW WE KEEP IT HONEST

How we keep it honest.

This is a vendor-side engagement, and we say so. It is kept separate from our independent, client-side advisory: when we advise an operator our judgement is not for sale, and we never put a technology we represent in front of a client without disclosing our interest. Retained regional representation, or a pipeline and conversion basis, scoped to your entry, non-exclusive by default.

Bringing me in is the easy part

  • A conversation, not a pitch
  • No obligation, either way
  • Plain answers, quickly
  • Start small, scale only if it works
