Training built from your own plant, not a course library.
We ingest your manuals, drawings and procedures, build the training and the assessment from them, and a named human signs the competence. Sovereign, on your own hardware.
One person on the ground who has already built this market.
One programme built from your own documentation, covering the trades that maintain the plant and the familiarisation everyone else needs. Assessed properly, and signed by a named human.

From your documents
Built from what you already have
We ingest your operating and maintenance manuals, your P&IDs and your procedures, and turn them into a traceable evidence base. Every operative fact in the training points back to the page it came from, and where a source is silent we record a gap rather than invent an answer.
What this includes
O&M manuals and vendor documentation
P&IDs, schematics and drawings
Procedures, permits and isolations
A named gap list where sources are thin
Focus
Training officers · Technical Authorities · Competence leads
Trade-specific packages for the people who operate and maintain the equipment, and a whole-package familiarisation that gives every discipline the same picture of the plant before they go near it.
What this includes
Mechanical, electrical, instrument and operations paths
Teaching material and assessment material are drawn from separate reserved banks, allocated before a word of content is written, so a learner never sits an assessment they have already been walked through.
The platform records competence; it never decides it. A qualified assessor observes the work, records the evidence and signs, and the record carries a currency date that expires rather than quietly lapsing.
A co-pilot built from the same documents answers the question at the machine, cites the page it came from, and runs on your own hardware. Training that ends at the classroom door is training that gets forgotten.
Every package is produced, independently re-performed and adversarially verified before it is released. Where it fails, it is withheld and the reason is written down rather than quietly corrected.
What this includes
Producer, checker and verifier are different roles
One hundred per cent independent re-performance
Two-key release gate
Fails closed, and says so on the record
Focus
Assured Learning Standard · GRIP, aligned with ISO/IEC 42001
We build the training, the assessment and the record. We do not certify anyone: a qualified assessor observes the work and signs, and we never set that decision for them. Where a package cannot be verified against its sources it is withheld, and the reason is written on the release note. Scoped per system, per site, or as a standing programme.
