How much does a private AI deployment cost?

Upskill Energy sells private AI as fixed-price packages, with no day rates: Discovery is QAR 50,000 to 100,000, Business QAR 200,000 to 250,000, Enterprise QAR 350,000 to 650,000, and a multi-site Industrial AI Transformation from QAR 750,000. How long does it take to go live with private AI?

A Business deployment from Upskill Energy typically takes 6 to 10 weeks from the first day on site to live operation, and an Enterprise deployment 8 to 12 weeks. The path runs through discovery, data, build, validation, deployment and 30 days of included hypercare, and you are never asked to commit beyond the next defined step.

Is any of our data sent to public AI services?

No: once deployed, Upskill Energy’s private AI sends no data to public AI services. Open-weight models run entirely on an appliance inside your building, every answer is cited to its source document, and permissions decide what each agent may see, so a request for information the user is not allowed to see, such as salaries, is refused.

What improvement can we expect from private AI?

The improvement is quantified for your own organisation in the Transformation Blueprint, because Upskill Energy does not publish invented percentages.
